Why master classes ?
Masterclasses are almost certainly the most efficient way for a small group or team to drive their work schedule towards a unified goal. The consultant’s role is to listen and guide the team to take advantage of their strengths whilst not neglecting their weaknesses that require attention. From the standpoint of overall efficiency, the team should not be more than 10 members.

A real example of an exercise in masterclass
An automobile sub assembly supplier wanted to improve upon an already ambitious objective to gain a minimum of €2.5 million per annum in purchasing savings and called in Team Negos to help out.
The organisation of the purchasing teams into small groups guided by an expert consultant led to real savings of more than €4 million per annum (i.e. + 60%).
