Why vision in Action ?

In a nutshell, a vision in action seminar will enable you to transform an idea, a project or a vision (dreamt of, or otherwise) effectively into coordinated individual and pragmatic action plans. Each action plan describes individual tasks and specifies detailed objectives with figures and time schedules to identify progress clearly there afterwards.

A real working example of vision in action

This assignment consisted of getting various teams to work together (for the very first time!) within the same company in a high growth market (videogames where growth is greater than 50% a year) towards even higher horizons.

One year after this seminar, the various teams had done even better than their wildest expectations. They had achieved growth of over 200% (!) And the latest news was that they are still going strong.
